Well-being     27 January, 2021 Children's Mental Health Week    1-5 February Next week is Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme for the week is ‘Express Yourself’ . We know it’s really important to look after ourselves mentally and physically and to be aware of when we or others might need help.  Expressing ourselves is just one way to help us feel good and this can be done in many different ways – writing, art, music, design, cooking, dance, coding.   You don’t have to be good, you just need to enjoy yourself!! We’ll be starting the week with an assembly to get us thinking about how we like to express ourselves or maybe what we’d like to have a go at in the future. There will be activities to try on class blogs and we’ll be asking you to share some of the ways that you express yourself. Information/resources and activities All our lives are still far from normal and will be in the coming weeks. Again, in Lockdown there may be all kinds of emotions and challenges

Well Being 6 July - Hope

Well Being 6 July As we are nearing the end of this unique school year we are looking forwards..... looking forwards to a summer holiday where lockdown is easing and we may be able to do some more 'normal' activities such as going on holiday, meeting with friends, going to a restaurant and having our hair cut! And we are hoping for so much more for ourselves and others. Hope helps us to remain positive, to appreciate what we are now able to do that we couldn't before and to continue to look forward to doing even more.
