Well-Being 11-15 May We hope you are well and have had a good weekend with some celebrations around VE Day. Perhaps you have found a rhythm and routine to your days? Perhaps you are exploring parts of your locality you’ve never been to before and noticing how nature is changing and how loud the birds are singing?  Perhaps you are finding some aspects of lockdown difficult? Well-Being 4-8 May 2020 Welcome to Week 7!  Here are some resources that you may find useful now, or in the future.  These include the first Virtual Wellbeing Festival, identifying emotions , understanding how the brain works and some more ideas for relaxation .  There is also a list of useful helplines should you need them.
