Well-Being 11-15 May

We hope you are well and have had a good weekend with some celebrations around VE Day.

Perhaps you have found a rhythm and routine to your days? Perhaps you are exploring parts of your locality you’ve never been to before and noticing how nature is changing and how loud the birds are singing?  Perhaps you are finding some aspects of lockdown difficult?

Here some more Well-Being Resources that you might like to dip into as well as following the Daily Well-Being activities that class teachers are suggesting on their class blogs.
There are also links to any support that you feel you might need.
