The sessions will focus on physical and mental wellbeing and may also provide opportunities to hear from other parents facing challenges whilst maintaining privacy. Well-being 27 January, 2021 Children's Mental Health Week 1-5 February Next week is Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme for the week is ‘Express Yourself’ . We know it’s really important to look after ourselves mentally and physically and to be aware of when we or others might need help. Expressing ourselves is just one way to help us feel good and this can be done in many different ways – writing, art, music, design, cooking, dance, coding. You don’t have to be good, you just need to enjoy yourself!! We’ll be starting the week with an assembly to get us thinking about how we like to express ourselves or maybe what we’d like to have a go at in the future. There will be activities to try on class blogs and we’ll be asking you to share some of the ways that you express yourself.
